It includes the study, design, and manufacture of tactics, techniques, and procedures for operations within the anthropic domain. Successful application of anthroponautics profoundly impacts human relationships from the interpersonal and familial level up to the international and societal level.

Anthroponautics enables operators to more effectively maneuver within the domain, defend their allies, and defeat their adversaries, often in unanticipated and unprecedented ways. 

The anthropic domain is the environment created by human interaction

and encompasses all aspects of their relationships, from how they form and evolve to what purpose they serve and have potential to accomplish. It is the most critical arena for all human endeavors. It is also congested, contested, and competitive.

Therefore it behooves the operator to understand the anthropic domain and be trained to operate within it.
